Ariat took its name from the racehorse Secretariat and builds boots around performance, durability and a competitive spirit. Founded in 1993 in California, it brought that mindset into everyday western wear.
Wear with dark denim and a tee.
Shrunken shoulder bullhide is thick, dense leather with a deep pebbled grain, so it resists scratches and holds its shape. A triple stitch welt joins the leather sole with three rows of stitching, strong and replaceable, and pegged wood at the waist keeps the shank fixed under the arch. The stacked leather heel has a rubber lift for grip, and the EVA insole added by Râu is light and absorbs impact. The wide rounded-square toe gives the toes room, and the red-brown shaft carries wing stitching.
